The FOOD
They are bringing a twist on Texas barbecue. Like Texas smoked brisket or Carolina pulled pork onto a Hereford beef burger or 1/4lb Nathan’s dog. They will also feature smoked wings and hand breaded pickle brined chicken tenders. Do you like queso? Have a bowl of the fiery hot green chili queso topped with smoke brisket. Oh Ya!
