On October 26th of 2017 over 5 Years ago we announced that Millie’s Restaurant and Catering was going to open. That day the food scene in Volusia County Florida changed. Today we announce that Millie’s North will be opening in Ormond Beach.
Chris and Amy Chibbaro have worked tirelessly to bring incredible local seafood to plates at their flagship restaurant and they will be bringing much of the same dynamic to the new location.
They are bringing the “community-based” dining concept to Ormond.
“We don’t believe the restaurant belongs to us; it belongs to our community. It will open quickly and grow the menu and concept over time with the feedback of our customers. We are incredibly excited to meet the Ormond customer base and grow with them,” said Chris Chibbaro.
The 2nd location will be moving into the space currently known as Beachside Johnny’s Bar & Grill. The venue seats about 150 people and will have approximately 45 employees.
Fresh off a visit buy Guy Fieri and his Triple D, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives the restaurant will also feature live music and brings a new dynamic to the growing food scene Behind Ormond Beach. Gator Ribs, Fish Collars with Chimichurri locally caught fresh seafood and more, we can’t wait.
With the opening of Blues & Brews Bistro recently, entertainment life for tourists and residents has just received a huge boost.
