Truck Meet 2018 “The Citation Gathering”

We reached out to the DBPD and asked for citation statistics for the weekend.
The results are staggering.

- Citations Issued 2037
- Felony’s 10
- Misdemeanors 57
Last years event was met with stiff resistance from the community.
We expect more of the same this year.
Traffic was a major issue as the event collided with graduation, however due to the great work by Chief Capri’s officers our neighborhoods were safer and certainly quieter as the side streets were barricaded and the barricades were enforced.
